We are an award-winning design studio in Vadodara with more than 60 projects behind us, and we hire slowly. When we do, we look for people who want to see a project the whole way through: from the first empty room to the day someone walks in and recognises their own home.
What working here is actually like.
The studio has designed over 1,00,000 sq ft across homes, workplaces, retail floors and exhibition stalls, and the work has been recognised at national awards and in print. That range is the point: nobody here does the same drawing twice, and everyone sees more than one kind of site.
Your work is visible here. You will sit with the founder on your own projects, your drawings go out under your name, and you follow them onto site rather than handing them over at the door. That comes with an expectation attached, and it is fair to say it out loud: you own what you draw, and you stand on site and answer for it.

We read everything
Every application is read by someone in the studio, not filtered by software. You will hear back either way.

A conversation, then the studio
A call first. If it looks right on both sides, we will meet at the studio, show you what is on the boards, and introduce you to the people you would be working alongside.
